Julie Jason

Julie Jason is a personal money manager who began her career as a securities lawyer on Wall Street thirty years ago. She is founder of Jackson, Grant Investment Advisers, Inc., of Stamford, Connecticut, an SEC-registered investment adviser.

 

A proponent of financial literacy and investor protection, Julie writes and lectures on investment topics. She has spoken about investing for retirement at local and national corporate, governmental, and public venues, including the AARP National Conversion.   

 

Julie's views on retirement investing have appeared in press over the years in such publications as Business Week, Money Magazine, and the New York Times.  She has appeared on NBC Nightly News, CNBC, and NPR.

 

Julie's work has garnered recognition for excellence in financial literacy. Her fifth book, the AARP Retirement Survival Guide:  How to Make Smart Financial Decisions in Good Times and Bad, won the following awards:
